Soros South East Europe Fund. MNS conceived of and implemented the first private equity fund under the Soros banner for Eastern Europe, the $150 million Soros South East Europe Fund, financed with $50 of Soros equity and $100 non-recourse debt from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC).
